Feed Factories
Union for Agricultural Development and Slaughterhouses owns three feed factories with a production capacity of 40 tons per hour, a premix factory with a capacity of 10 tons per hour, and a soybean processing plant with a capacity of 10 tons per hour. The feed is manufactured using raw materials such as yellow corn, soybean meal, and feed additives (including vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and nutritional supplements) imported from globally trusted sources that adhere to international standards and high-quality specifications. This ensures the production of healthy, plant-based feed free from antibiotics.
Poultry feed ingredients are mixed according to the age category of the chickens receiving them. The nutritional value (including protein content, starch, moisture, ash, and energy) of each batch of poultry feed is analyzed using a Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (NIR) device before distribution to broiler farms and breeder farms. The feed undergoes steam and heat treatment to eliminate any disease-causing agents.
To ensure this process is carried out to the highest standards, a specialized agricultural engineer with expertise in poultry nutrition physiology supervises the entire operation. This guarantees proper and healthy feeding for both broiler chickens and breeder hens, ultimately leading to the production of the highest quality poultry products.
